Diego is a Managing Partner at Colca Capital, co-leading the Lima office.
Before co-founding Colca Capital, he was the Head of M&A at Alicorp, a US$3.0bn public CPG company, where he led 14 transactions for over US$2.7bn across 12 business platforms in Latin America and spearheaded investor relations. Previously, he was as a senior investment analyst at Interseguro, the third largest life insurer in Peru with US$1.5bn in assets under management (AUM), managing over US$200mm in various assets strategies. He began his career as an investment analyst in AC Capitales, a Real Assets Private Equity firm in Peru with US$350mm in AUM.
Diego graduated from Columbia Business School with an MBA in Finance and graduated from the Universidad del Pacifico with a B.S. in Economics. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Julio Ramírez

Julio is a Managing Partner at Colca Capital, co-leading the Lima office.
Before co-founding Colca Capital, he was Vice President at Advent International, a global private equity firm with over US$40.0bn in assets under management (AUM), where he led two technology transactions in Peru, and was a board member in Canvia. Previously, he was part of Nexus Group, the largest Private Equity firm in Peru, with US$1.0bn in AUM. At Nexus, he executed five investments in sectors such as education, restaurants, and pharmaceuticals, in addition to participate in fundraising, and collaborated in portfolio management as interim CFO.
Julio graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with an MBA in Finance and graduated from the Universidad del Pacifico with a B.S. in Economics.
Nicolás Lulli

Nicolas is a Managing Partner at Colca Capital, leading the Boston office.
Before co-founding Colca Capital, he joined Relay Investments as Vice President and sitting as a member of the Investment Committee. While at Relay, Nicolas led the firms’ investing activities in Latin America and spearheaded the firm’s fundraising, business development, and investor relations efforts. Prior to Relay, he built and led the sales and business development team at SumZero, a VC-backed fintech start-up based in New York with operations in Europe and Asia. He began his career as an analyst on a Latin American credit and derivatives structuring desk at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York.
Nicolas graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Politics and a Certificate in Finance and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Paolo Bossano
Principal
Paolo is a Principal at Colca Capital, where he leads the firm’s third fund.
Before rejoining Colca, he was a Senior Associate at Relay Investments, a global search fund investor, where he executed 11 acquisitions across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe in sectors such as technology, healthcare, business services, and manufacturing.
Previously, Paolo was the first employee at Colca Capital, where he led the acquisition of Polysistemas, the leading records management firm in the Andean region with 800 FTEs. He was involved across the full investment cycle and held operational roles including Country Manager, Chief of Staff, and Head of Sales.
He began his career at SURA Investments on an eight-member team managing over US$2.0bn in AUM and holds a B.S. in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.
Antonio Pedreros
Principal
Antonio is a Principal at Colca Capital.
Before joining Colca, he served as Country Head for Peru at HCIG, the investment arm of the Hochschild Group—one of Peru’s largest economic conglomerates, with holdings in mining, cement, and education.
Prior to HCIG, Antonio was the Head of Corporate Development at Pacasmayo, a cement company within the Hochschild Group, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives, including the development of a greenfield project with an estimated capex of US$1bn. He also has corporate finance experience from his time at Interbank, the third-largest commercial bank in Peru. Antonio began his career at LXG Capital, Peru’s leading boutique investment bank.
He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico.
